General terms and conditions
Payment and cancellation policy:
• The entire rent price for this booking will be confirmed separate e-mail and agreed and is part of this agreement.
• If the signed booking confirmation is returned within a period of two weeks then the room reserved for you. Not signed forms are not processed. If a booking confirmation is not received at due date the reservation will be cancelled.
• Within 2 weeks upon confirmation of your reservation request, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total price. This deposit confirms your reservation.
• 4 weeks before arrival we expect payment of the remaining rental.
• Bookings within 6 weeks prior to arrival, we expect you to pay directly the total cost for the reservation.
• up to 3 months prior to date of arrival a cancellation free of charge, you will receive your deposit back.
• Cancellation at 3 months up to 6 weeks prior to arrival 40% cancellation fee of the total amount.
• Cancellation between 6 weeks to 7 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee of the total amount.
• If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount.
• We recommend concluding a travel cancellation insurance
• During your stay in the holiday house Nido sulle colline you are complete for that as a tenant House, decor and all things, are responsible to the House.
• Any damage must be reported immediately to the landlord. The cost of damages can be returned by your travel insurance. We recommend concluding a travel insurance package for your holiday.
• The landlord assumes no responsibility in the case of injury, loss or theft of personal belongings or damage by the tenant and his companions and / or vehicles, as whatever caused that. The care of children is and remains the sole responsibility of the renter or a babysitter.
Further comments:
• During the high season (July & August) the lease is at least a week. Outside the high season rental for three days is possible
• Water, electricity, TV, wireless Internet access, bed linen, towels, pool towels, are using the coffee machine included in the price.
• Weekly is included in the price.
